During her studies, Tracey gained knowledge and skills in diverse bodywork modalities including Swedish, Pregnancy, Sports Injury Massage, Myofacial Release, Hydrotherapy, and Nutrition. Her studies emphasized selected techniques including Neuromuscular Therapy, Medical Massage Therapy, Oriental Therapy, Acupressure, Reflexology, and Reiki. Tracey has logged over 1200 hours of training, and has been working with Nirvelli for 4 years as one of the head therapists.

Anat graduated from the school of the healing arts in Raleigh NC in 2005. Anat specializes in lymphatic massage, Swedish massage, sports massage and reflexology. She has continued her education in massage and bodywork with Reiki, and introduction to Cranio-sacral therapy. She is passionate about massage and in her work she combines clients' requests and needs together with her own intuition and assessment of their body condition.

A 20051 graduate of the Body Therapy Institute (Silk Hope, NC), Shelby is a nationally certified Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist and an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Her goal as a therapist is to relax, revive and restore her clients. While her training is not limited to the following, her sessions are a customized blend of Swedish and Myofascial massage and will often incorporate Trigger Point work and Reflexology. Her commitment to continuing education currently includes level one and two training in Cranio-sacral therapy.
