Dr. David Sefried
Dr. David Sefried was born in Chicago and raised in Madison, NJ. David completed his undergraduate training at Ithaca College with a concentration on business and finance. David received his Doctor of Chiropractic from the prestigious Sherman College of Chiropractic, in Spartanburg, S.C. in 1999. Sherman College of Chiropractic sets the standard for excellence in graduating doctors who are skilled in various techniques. Dr Sefried focuses his practice primarily on the conservative treatment of neck pain, back pain and other musculoskeletal problems using evidence-based, time-honored chiropractic treatments, physical medicine, and manual techniques.

As a highly skilled Chiropractor, Dr. Sefried has been trained in a wide variety of advanced treatment techniques. These advanced techniques have included specialized training in Diversified, Gonstead, Activator, Network, Flexion Distraction, Trigger Point Therapy, and Extremity Adjusting. Dr. Sefried combines advanced chiropractic treatments with physical therapy modalities, individualized nutritional counseling, and personalized stretching and exercise programs in order to maximize the successful treatment of his various patients.

Dr. Dave bases his chiropractic practice on supporting the body’s innate healing power. He is committed to facilitating the highest quality of life through the power of the adjustment. He is 100% dedicated to his patients’ health care.

Dr. Heather Sefried
Dr. Heather Sefried was born and raised in Johnstown, PA. Heather went to Penn State where she majored in Chemistry. Heather received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the prestigious Sherman College of Chiropractic, in Spartanburg, S.C. in 1999. Sherman College of Chiropractic sets the standard for excellence in graduating doctors who are skilled in various techniques.

Dr. Heather utilizes the Brimhall’s 6 steps to Wellness in eliminating the 6 Interferences to Health. She as post-graduate training in Applied Kinesiology, Acupuncture and Meridian Therapy. She specializes in nutrition, female health, fitness and homeopathy.

Dr. Heather’s practice includes patients of all ages and also those with particularly difficult health challenges, including women’s hormonal issues, pregnancy demands, and children’s behavioral and learning problems. She helps her patients create ‘user friendly’ family nutritional plans that include eating whole foods.

Dr. Heather loves the power of the chiropractic adjustment. She specializes in upper cervical work and the activator.
